UX Sitemap & Wireframe
Before beginning the design of the site layout, I worked with the O.N.S team to plan the user experience of the new site. I made the wireframes as detailed as possible to take the guesswork out the design phase, which resulted in a site that is easy to navigate and clearly structured.
Developing a digital brand
Though O.N.S has been a menswear staple for years, their refined branding had not been incorporated into their online presence. I worked with their team to take their existing brand collateral and expand it into a full design system for their use on future materials.
Smart Shopping Features
In contrast with the old site, our design integrates engaging shopping features such as quick view to make the customer experience more intuitive and more convenient.
Brand Style Guide
In addition to the site design, I created a digital style guide to allow the O.N.S team to produce assets internally while adhering to the brand aesthetic established by our team. Typography and color palettes are specified with exact values to take the guesswork out of designing future collateral.
Easy To Use On Any Device
In redesigning the site, it was crucial to optimize the shopping portion of the site to improve sales. Because of their high percentage of mobile users, I paid special attention to the responsiveness of the shop pages to ensure they are equally as user-friendly on all devices.
A Standalone Publishing Platform
In addition to sales optimization, the team wanted a platform for publishing their vast array of editorial content. I designed a dynamic interface for their new editorial platform, O.N.S Manual which showcases their different issues and presents the articles in an engaging feed.
